External Description:
The Manager for Budget Management and Sales Promotion is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales measures and tactical incentive schemes in order to achieve sales targets and sales related KPIs ∙ Managing tactical budget and sales measures and coordination with all relevant departments (i.e. Sales, Volume Planning and Ordering, Product Management, VGJ Controlling ) and Sales International (VI-2) within VW AG ∙ Detailed design of sales campaign/tactical and incentive support in order to reach defined dealer volume target with maximum efficiency (incl. financial product support) ∙ Co-design award schemes in order to motivate/guide dealers with Regional Sales team to ensure dealer target achievement ∙ Conduct/determine and negotiate yearly contract regarding financial product offers with Volkswagen Financial Services ∙ Continuous assessment and evaluation of effectiveness of sales promotion schemes as basis for following incentive schemes ∙ Monitoring and steering of overall Sales KPIs on a weekly basis: Set monthly guideline of KPIs by week/by models and precisely monitor sales progress data (KPIs) in order to achieve sales target ∙ Management of strategic cross-department projects assigned by the BO Director primarily related to AaK/AE, Sales Process KPI, Budget Management and Aged Stock ∙ Supporting Top Management Presentation on VGJ, dealer executive and for VW AG Level |
