Position Summary & Job Description  

Quality Operations Specialist (Component) is responsible for quality assurance activities related, but  not limited to, packaging components to be used in the site manufacturing operation through the  material incoming inspection with regards to visual and functional performance, improvement  activities with suppliers and/or relevant parties for any defective materials via root cause assessment  and CAPA, collaboration with logistics & 3PL warehouse team for sampling activities with its  executional excellence where required. This position also manages change control,  deviations/planned deviation, process development and maintenance with document creation &  revision, and people training to QA, Operations and Logistics/3PL on any GMP related procedures and  Quality tools to drive root cause analysis for packaging component.
