External Description:

ales Account Manager for  one of Cosmetics / Automotive / Industrial Segments for  Pearlescent Pigment, Functionals products and Cosmetics Actives  business. 

 

Sales Account Management,  planning, Market assessment & development activitives.
The goal is to grow and maximize sales numbers by owning customers' accounts, customer relationship externally, and also collaborating with Marketing, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Innovation & Application, as well as Onahama production team internally.
Target customers would be : One of the segments for Cosmetics, Paint & Coating, Ink & Printing, Plastics Resins & Compounding, Color Master Batch companies as direct responsibility.  Also required good interaction with Design houses and agencies, Consumable goods brand owners etc. on B to B business management basis. 

Requirements :
- Sales & Marketing experience in B to B material business for more than 3 year
- Working experience in global environment business (both from muti-national copanies and Japanesecompanies are acceptable)
- Chemical or Business related degree
- Good Business level English (TOEIC score 700 + )
- Positive and forward looking mind-set + good learning agility.

- Good Interpersonal relation management skills.
