This position is responsible for coordinating, deploying, and tracking all General and Functional training for the Japan manufacturing facility. The Training Coordinator will further be the dedicated Learning Management Curator for the new Learning Management System to be implemented in start 2022. The role supports both the Technical Training & Transfer team as well as the HR function.
