Purpose of the job:
Main business scope is follows.
- 部下は1名いるが、候補者の経験に応じて部下を付けるか付けないでスタートするか判断
- レポートTO CFO（部下ありの場合）、部下なしの場合は現在兼務しているマネージャー
メイン業務はコントローリングと移転価格
Controller for Merck Group Functions: Control, monitor and administrate budgeting and actual spending for Merck Group Functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and GA etc..)
Transfer Price Management: Control, monitor and administrate entire Japan entities’ transfer price matters, including necessary transfer price adjustment between HQ and local entities.
TAXは経験があればお任せする可能性がある程度なのでnice to have
Prepare and support for local tax closing of Electronics entities
