Background

• We are currently looking for a talented and professional HR Specialist to perform all HR related tasks in Tsukuba Plant thatey are aligned with our business goals, in response to the expansion of capacity and people of the plant for the past several years.
• The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our HR guidelines and managing processes as well as pursuing a career in various HR areas.

 

Position Objective

• Recruit new employees, maintain employee records, and solve employee relations issues. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of all HR related process and labor regulations.

 

Essential Job Functions

1.Process all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval

2.Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

3.Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

4.Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.

5.Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

6.Provide effective support to manages and resolves employee relations issues

7.Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
