(Roles & responsibilities)
1) チーム貢献 Team Contribution
1. チームの目標に沿って業務を推進するとともに、チームメンバーをサポートし、協力・協業する。 Complete tasks along with the team objectives. Support, collaborate with team members.
2) プロジェクト管理 Project Management
1. 各種活動のスケジュール・予算を管理し、問題を特定・解決する。 Manage the schedule and budget of the responsible activities/projects, identify the issues and solve them.
2. チームのメディカル情報活動をモニターしてその適切性を確認し、品質を確保する。 Monitor the medical information activities within the team, confirm their adequacy and assure their quality.
3. トレーニングやモニタリングを通じてコンタクトセンターの回答の質の向上に努めるとともに、継続的に改革を模索・提案する。 Assist the quality improvement of responses from Contact Center through trainings and monitoring, and continuously seek and propose innovation.
4. World Wide チームや BMSKK ブランドチーム、コンプライアンス、法務を含めた部署間の効果的な協力と意思疎通を担保する。
Secure effective collaboration and communication across departments/divisions including WW team, BMSKK brand team, Compliance and Legal.
3) 製品管理 Product Management
1. 担当製品の製品情報 質問回答用のコンテンツ作成業務、回答対 応、各種資材作成業務を実行 ・牽引する。 Execute and drive
content development of drug information Q&A, inquiry handling and medical material development for the assigned product.
2. 担当製品のメディカル・インサイトを収集し、社内関係者に共有する。メディカル・インサイトに対応した活動を提案・実施する。
Collect medical insights for the assigned product and share them with internal stakeholders. Propose and/or implement
actions/activities in response to the medical insights.
3. 本社および他国の製品 /疾患領域担当者とのコミュニケーションを行う。 Communicate with the corresponding therapeutic area /
product responsible person in headquarter and other markets.
4) 部門・部署業務 Department / Division Contribution

1. 部門・部署の目的達成に尽力する。 Make utmost efforts to achieve Division / Department objectives.
