Enables effective operationalization and ongoing maintenance of digital solutions after they are developed, including:
▪ Manages deployment activities into the market in partnership with Enterprise and Market Product Owners
▪ Supports ongoing channel operations support for web, mobile, physical presence, etc.
▪ Manages operations and maintenance of Digital-owned channels and channels where Digital is the strategic partner
▪ Social properties management
▪ Social listening actions
▪ Executing digital rewiring throughout the organization to increase the the company’s knowledge, aptitude, and curiosity surrounding digital
▪ Identifying product issues for appropriate resolution or escalation as part of ongoing iteration work

Requirements:
Ability to triage, quantify, and prioritize production issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal business impact.
▪ In-depth knowledge of monitoring performance of both on-premises and cloud systems using a variety of dashboards and tools
▪ Partner with development teams and peers to effectively respond to production needs
▪ Strong communication skills to keep Enterprise teams informed of updates, outages, and maintenance windows.
▪ Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively ▪ Ability to work on multiple digital projects, as well as manage day to day operations ▪ Excellent problem-solving skills
▪ Experience working in Agile methodology
