Position outline- The HR Operation team is responsible for accurately and timely managing four core areas: Payroll Processing, Social Insurance, Safety and Hygiene, and Benefits Administration (including Retirement Benefits), while also overseeing the management and coordination of external vendors and financial institutions across these domains. Leveraging expertise in Japanese labor law, social insurance regulations, tax compliance, and corporate pension schemes, this role contributes to maintaining full regulatory compliance, fostering a safe and healthy work environment, and delivering high-quality HR services to all employees.
