This position primarily involves operational tasks such as company vehicle management, attendance tracking, social insurance procedures, and handling health checkups and employee benefits. - Management of company vehicles related cards, and Card registration data, managing invoices
- Attendance management using WorkCloud
- Preparation of attendance reports (e.g., overtime, paid leave)
- Internal coordination and submission of labor agreements (Article 36)
- Social insurance-related tasks
(Handling inquiries and providing guidance on health insurance, welfare pension, sickness/maternity leave, and medical expenses)
- Welfare program management
- Arranging health checkups, women’s health screenings, and flu vaccinations
・ Handling condolence-related matters
・ Managing welfare facilities and services
・ Group insurance administration
・ Additional labor accident insurance management
- Other tasks include data management, invoice handling, and document control related above
