Project lead
Lead and facilitate all analytical projects in Japan
Gather and detect stakeholders’ needs, and interpret them into business questions
To solve business questions, IG Manager makes a decision the proper approach, and assign the suitable members, then leads the analytics projects (e.g. advanced analytics, market research, SFE, secondary data deliver, etc.)
Proactively share the analytics knowledge with global members

Forecasting
Build clear, accurate, and well-structured forecast models that align marketing strategy
Decide assumptions for building sales forecast (short-term to long-term forecast)
Quantify the sales impact by each critical business factor
Prepare the documents to explain the forecast logic for business review

Analytics (inc. Advanced Analytics)
Develop solid analytics logic and conduct the analysis to solve business questions
Connect and interpret analytical results with business situation and explain the results with business story
Have the basic knowledge about AI, deep learning, machine learning and can communicate with AI engineer smoothly
Understand what AI can do and cannot do

Digital
Define / monitor KPI for Omni-channel projects to track their progress
Manage promotion data (physical + digital) analysis projects to evaluate promotion effectiveness
Deliver insights to improve / enhance digital initiatives through data analysis

Performance Management
Identify metrics that drive performance against strategic priorities
Analyze and reports performance metrics to management
Share KPI reports with global stakeholders at fixed intervals 

Data Knowledge
Deeply understand the definitions of data source (e.g. IQVIA, JMDC, MDV, etc.)
Identify the ideal data source for each business question

Market Research
Propose the best method and creates questionnaire to answer business questions
Analyze primary data to deep-dive the points needed to quantify
