This is for Facility Maintenance Specialist belonging to “Facility Engineering Group” .
She/ He executes technical/engineering services for the projects plan and implementation, related to the responsible area. She/ He leads tasks as a leader of the small group. She/ he has the competencies mentioned below good enough to achieve group objectives. 

 

Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities

•   Contribute to achieve the group targets and realize the strategy.
  •    Control and manage the OPEX, CAPEX of her/his projects and tasks.
  •    Contribute for saving target.
  •    Responsible for following items in the responsible area.
  -    Lead the building up the new maintenance system
  -    Lead, execute and support the engineering projects.
  -    Plan, implement and execute the maintenance, replacement and renewal work.
  -    Lead or support to assure the compliance with the latest GxP and the relevant law.
  -    Lead the Improvement of the facilities, equipment and processes for better efficiency and HSE.
  •    Provide her/his technical knowledge and experiences with technical service department members.
  •    Build connection in her/his responsible area for stakeholder management.
  •    Build good relationship with the suppliers, manage and control them.
  •    Keep update her / his technical capability.

 

Education & Qualifications

Education Level  :  Bachelor's Degree

Experience    : A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility, utility, and/or production equipment engineering within the manufacturing industry.

• Leadership to motivate, energize people and involve them.
• Have a strong passion for achievements.
• Strong growth mindset to develop herself / himself.
• Sufficient business communication skill in Japanese to manage internal/external stakeholders and the skill to discuss technical matters with global staffs in English.
• Professional knowledge of GMP and relevant laws, especially in the responsible area.
• Professional technical knowledge in the part of responsible area, at least. And sufficient technical knowledge to execute the tasks. 
• Sufficient problem-solving skill and critical thinking skill.
