Job SummaryThis is for Specialist of “Production Engineering Group” in Technical Service Department.
She/ He executes the projects, related to manufacturing process and engineering. The scope is both Dosage form process and Packaging process. She/ He leads tasks as a leader of the small group. 

 

Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities 
•    Contribute to achieve the group targets and realize the strategy.
•    Control and manage the OPEX, CAPEX of her/his projects and tasks.
•    Contribute for saving target.
•    Responsible for following items in the responsible area.
-    Lead, execute or support the engineering projects.
-    Lead, execute or support the maintenance, calibration, and renewal work.
-    Lead executes or support repairment works for facilities and/or packaging lines.
-    Lead, execute or support GxP and relevant raw implementation.
-    Lead, execute or support the Improvement of the facilities, equipment, and processes for better efficiency and HSE.

-    Lead, execute or support the packaging material development and design.
-    Lead execute or support artwork development.
•    Train successor in her / his superior area.
•    Build connection in her/his responsible area for stakeholder management.
•    Build good relationship with the suppliers, manage and control them.
•    Keep update her / his technical capability.
