As a supply management expert in the Japanese market, this position is the demand to respond to the needs of customers (drug stores, supermarkets, mass retailers, etc.) with excellent services while optimizing costs / cash. It acts as a bridge between supplies. While actively collaborating with members of other departments such as marketing, sales, and market research, we plan and implement optimal product supply and appropriate inventory together with various supply chain departments (factory / district headquarters) in Global Asia. It will be the control tower of the sales and supply planning process to be carried out.
The specific work contents are as follows.

-Monthly / Short- to Medium-Term Sales / Production Planning Decision-making Meeting Lead
-Formulation and implementation of new product market introduction plan
-Realize inventory optimization between bases in collaboration with import and logistics departments
-Planning, formulation and implementation of planned products in collaboration with customers
-Continuous improvement proposals for supply chain optimization

At the same time, each department of the supply chain (factory / district headquarters) in Asia adjusts the supply plan in the short to medium term on a daily basis, and there is cooperation with many departments from planning to operation such as confirmation of logistics with the import / logistics department.
