・Manage financial planning process  (Target, Rolling forecast, Monthly outlook)
・Provide monthly business performance and analysis
・ Responsible for ad-hoc financial requests as required by headquarter and APAC
・Support accounting group for periodic financial closing and reporting process
・Design, implement and maintain local reporting system and reporting process
・Ensure compliance with the company rule and finance policy
・Work with BL controllers to deliver needed information and analysis
