・ Selection of recruiting methods such as recruiting media and recruitment services, contract negotiation, contract management, operation management
・ Negotiations with recruitment agents
・ Direct sourcing
・ Applicant management, document screening, interview coordination (including coordination with the Korean headquarters)
・ First interviewer, interview evaluation sheet creation
・ Recruitment process management
・ Create an offer letter and conduct an offer interview
・ Follow-up of new employees
