Brand Marketing
- Improve brand value, develop product and strong product portfolio that meet the needs of business-type and consuming- type ABOs, Contribute to company sales by communication optimization
- Contribute to the stable growth of the company as well as ABOs by sustainably growing nutrition (largest sales share and high profitability), durables, personal care products (hair/body/oral care) and skin care
- Align with other functions in order to implement actions to maximize the brand value in an integrated manner
- Develop and manage the progress of communication strategy to promote the penetration of brand DNA
- Product development that meets the needs of business-type / consumer-type ABOs
- Develop and manage the progress of new product launch strategy
- Drive and maintain the penetration of existing product (through product information communication and campaigns)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to company's mid to long-term business through marketing activities
- Contribute to improving company image through fostering our brands
- Lead marketing plan integration from new product development to market rollout
- Manage brand marketing activities (product, communication, product margin / budgeting)
- Project management (deliverables / time / cost) 3 years

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:
- Experience & knowledge of marketing and product development (at least 3 years experience)
- Product experience in skin care, detergent, cookware, body care, oral care and etc. is preferred
- Marketing experience in a global company is preferred
- English (business level - negotiable)
- Strong communication skill (negotiation, presentation skill)
- Logical thinking
- Able to work as a team
- Understanding of brand marketing and knowledge on new product development
- Interpersonal skill
- Communication skill (negotiation, presentation)
- PC skill (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

- Either Cosmetic category or Nutrition category will be assigned taking into account the past experience
