Specialist MKT-I
Support Brands Orchestrating and maximization Portfolio Impact
⚫ Lead to provide Sales performance report/ Perform create data and analyze it.
⚫ Support Marketing Portfolio Planning team’s project
⚫ Lead Business KPI management
⚫ Support Commercial Innovation initiatives
⚫ Support Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) office and categories by analyzing market trend to provide insights to internal stakeholders

• Support Brands Orchestrating and maximization Portfolio Impact
- Lead Marketing Calendar development/management with changes in timely manner - Interact with category teams to be updated with launch & promotional schemes on time
- Support Marketing initiatives consolidation process by closely working with CMO teams
• Lead to provide Sales performance report/ Perform create data and analyze it.
-Create/Distribute to Category Managers for sales performance report by weekly and monthly based on data analysis with insight.
• Support Marketing Portfolio Planning team’s project
- Develop materials for the team’s project deliverables under the advice of uplines
- Lead internal stakeholders’ interviews to consolidate insights and category advice
• Lead Business KPI management
- Update monthly Portfolio analysis chart with Marketing KPIs and conduct quality control by double-checking KPIs
- Propose draft content agenda for monthly MKT report, consolidate sources from each category, develop incorporated Marketing monthly report for company's internal stakeholders
- Develop quarterly MKT communication theme toward ABOs for effective message delivery with Marketing team’s focused actions under the guidance of his/her uplines • Support Marketing Portfolio Planning team’s project
- Develop materials for the team’s project deliverables under the advice of uplines
- Lead internal stakeholders’ interviews to consolidate insights and category advice • Support Commercial Innovation initiatives
- Support qualitative & quantitative data analysis with data crunching with the help of uplines
- Seek for BI data request and support analysis with product performance
- Propose cross-category schemes to deliver Grow Loyal Buyer outputs from product marketing standpoint

Experience in Marketing, qualitative market trend/research
• The experience in finance and accounting is preferred.
• Activation Program planning experience (Event Operation knowledge in the future to support event related portfolio)
