■KEY TASKS
Collect medical/scientific information regarding company products and respond promptly to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders. Provide medical information on the products and act as the local main point of contact for medical information. Based on collected insights, create LRD and FAQs for products for relevant stakeholders, including the call center and sales representatives. Manage external call centers and vendors for patient support programs. Acquire in-depth knowledge of specific therapeutic areas and manage knowledge. Additionally, provide updates on the latest scientific information (e.g., the latest information published in journals). Create and revise scientific and medical educational materials such as the "Proper Use Guide," "Interview Form," and "Kusuri-no-Shiori" for products. Create and revise patient materials for products.
■RESPONSIBILITIES
Report adverse events and product complaints to ensure local patient safety and quality. Conduct regular reviews of reports from the call center. Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations to protect the company's reputation and prevent allegations. Provide the company with up-to-date scientific information in response to internal requests. Drive awareness of medical information among internal stakeholders and external customers. Analyze medical information inquiries and prepare regular insight reports for internal stakeholders. Complete tasks requested by the manager in Japan and the Country Medical Director. Advance discussions and build consensus across the business and with external parties.
